The business avenues of our company comprises of manufacturing, supplying and exporting of Narrow tapes, Knitted Cords & Other Natural Products. We initiated our business propositions in 1950 with the products catering to the Indian market. With perseverance, the company increased its magnitude of operations with techno-commercial peoples and expanded further with name of Thugiil Trimmings to cater the growing needs of export market for fashion accessories, required in garment, bag & home furnishing etc.. The company has a sophisticated infrastructure set up which is well backed by a team of industry experts. Customers from both domestic and international markets can procure our range of products at competent rates. Moreover, by delivering quality products on scheduled time deadlines, we have earned an enviable list of client to our credit.

Our extended product range includes Narrow fabrics, Knitted Cords, Table Mats & Other Bio-Degradable /recyclable products etc. Located at Komarapalayam, a textile town which is known for Yarn dyed textiles, the company has been growing at rapid pace with consistent focus on quality and product innovation.

As a testimony of our affective presence in Indian textile industry, we are a prominent member of Powerloom Development & Export Promotion Council which is better known as PDEXCIL (membership no. 18758). We have currently the installed production capacity of 10 lakh meters per month which we are going to further increase in years to come. Apart from this, in order to further gain global recognition of being a textile manufacturing company having international standard quality management system in place, we are in the process of implementing ISO 9001: 2008 quality standards across all of our manufacturing units. All of our manufacturing units are equipped with state of the art machineries & technology (software etc.) which are used in fabrics with innovative design and color patterns.

Product Profile

Our huge product array is manufactured by using efficient techniques and quality raw materials which include organic cotton, jute, polyester, spun polyester, melange, acrylic, polypropylene, nylon, and many more. All of our textile products are Biodegradable / Recyclable, AZO free, Formaldehyde free and are in perfect alignment with OEKO TEX standards. We manufacture durable, high quality and high performance tapes which are made using special weaving techniques for high tenacity, breaking load and less shrinkage. Moreover, our products are available in different patterns viz. products with plain finish and product range with designer patterns. These products can also be sourced in vibrant color schemes. We use GOTS certified raw material to manufacture our organic cotton tapes. In addition of this, we supply narrow tapes which are made as per the usage requirement; we not only deals in narrows taps made of natural fibers but have also our footing in supplying exclusive range of narrow tapes made of man made fibers.

Additionally, we carry out training programs at regular intervals (on an average once in 6 months) , in order to keep our personnel abreast with the fast altering technology so that their working skills get further honed and with enhanced skills & knowledge, they will help us in achieving our long term organizational goals easily.
